This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Generate regular internal analytics reports detailing campaign performance metrics while delivering insights and analyses in a straightforward and succinct manner.

• Assess the comprehensive customer journey across various channels and touchpoints.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance user funnels and overall experience.

• Develop innovative growth strategies through brainstorming, including the identification of emerging trends in digital marketing and the assessment of new technologies, while following best-practice guidelines.

• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests, such as A/B and multivariate testing, along with optimization of dynamic ads.

• Propel campaign performance and assess its impact across multiple social media platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a data-driven role.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization techniques.

• Minimum of a diploma in marketing or related fields such as analytics, communication, statistics, or sciences.

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-centric mindset.

• Skilled in A/B testing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics, including traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI.

• In-depth understanding of campaign setup and ad creation for Facebook and Google, including keyword research and Google Analytics.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ad technology and changes to platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other innovative ad-tech solutions.

• Enthusiastic about digital marketing, willing to propose ideas, possess excellent Excel and communication skills, and exhibit strong attention to detail.

• Regular use of Google Analytics and other analytic dashboards.

• Preferably certified in Google AdWords and Analytics; other Google certifications are a plus.
