Data Analyst V

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate analytic solutions and semantic-layer views across various domains.

• Establish the technical vision for the analytics sector.

• Lead design evaluations for dashboards and analytical tools.

• Guide junior, mid-level, and other analysts in requirements gathering, dashboard design, industry best practices, and the responsible application of AI copilots.

• Contribute to and help uphold data validation and quality assurance standards within the team.

• Manage validation processes for AI-generated insights and narratives prior to their dissemination to stakeholders.

• Collaborate directly with senior business and clinical stakeholders to convert ambiguous requirements into technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain natural-language query interfaces on the semantic layer to enhance self-service capabilities.

• Occasionally present technical projects to cross-functional groups consisting of 5–10 individuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 9–12 years of analytics experience, including substantial project ownership.

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in creating and refining dashboards and analytic solutions.

• At least 1 year of informal mentorship experience with analysts.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and dashboard architecture.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles.

• Advanced certification in Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

• Extensive experience in validating AI-generated insights within a regulated or clinical environment is preferred.

• Profound knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-copilot functionalities.

• Experience in designing guidelines for the validation of AI-generated insights and narratives.

• Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance standards.

• Experience in developing and supporting natural-language query interfaces on a semantic layer.
