This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the reporting framework for Support.
• Collaborate with Support leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the multi-signal model that underpins bug and issue prioritization.
• Create dashboards intended for both internal teams and external customers.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability for Support-related data products.
• Highlight Voice of Customer trends to the Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a comparable role.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experienced in building models and transformations (using dbt or similar tools).
• Developed reporting systems and dashboards in a production environment.
• Capable of converting vague operational inquiries into precise analyses.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and adept at managing ambiguous problems from start to finish.
