Data Analyst, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain dashboards and regular reports on essential business metrics.

• Cleanse, validate, and analyze extensive datasets sourced from CRMs, dialers, and operational systems.

• Track KPIs on a daily basis and identify trends, risks, and anomalies.

• Convert data into actionable insights for managers and client stakeholders.

• Streamline manual reporting processes wherever feasible.

• Document definitions of data and reporting methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including skills in Power Query, pivot tables, and formulas.

• Familiarity with SQL and/or a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient written and verbal English skills for presenting insights.

• Ability to work independently and manage request priorities effectively.

• Residing in Colombia, with a dependable home office setup and stable internet connectivity.

• Experience with reporting in Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation purposes.
