Contract Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the learning success and motivation of participants

• Providing coaching and support to learners utilizing the flipped classroom model

• Fostering active engagement with educational content and its practical use

• Encouraging discussions on learned material through innovative formats

• Establishing a positive and conducive learning and working atmosphere

• Assisting learners with the individual completion of assignments as part of project work

• Evaluating project work

• Aiding in product development and enhancement

• Conducting classes from a home office

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence

• In-depth knowledge of Controlling & Business Intelligence

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, and/or relevant professional experience in at least one pertinent area

• Understanding of AI fundamentals in reporting; data analysis and visualization; forecasting and scenario planning; automated reporting and anomaly detection; as well as the capacity to comprehend and assess processes using AI; or Self-Service Business Intelligence

• Proficiency in Power BI

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Excel

• Capability to strategically utilize generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel to enhance work processes

• Kindly include a summary of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling & Business Intelligence with your application

• Excellent German language skills for training delivery (C2)

• Several years of experience as an online trainer is preferred

• Experience in publicly funded continuing education is preferred

• Ability to employ innovative teaching techniques to engage learners during synchronous online sessions

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork
