Contract Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the progress and motivation of learners

• Providing coaching and support for learners within the flipped-classroom framework

• Promoting active participation with learning materials and their practical implementation

• Facilitating knowledge exchange through creative formats

• Establishing a positive learning and working atmosphere

• Overseeing individual project assignments of learners

• Evaluating project work

• Aiding in the further development of the product

• Conducting teaching sessions from a home office

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence

• In-depth knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence practices

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and/or relevant professional experience

• Proficient in Power BI

• Preferably experienced with Microsoft Excel

• Capability to strategically utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and Copilot in Excel) to enhance work processes

• Excellent proficiency in the German language for training delivery (C2)

• Please include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application

• Several years of experience as an online trainer, preferably in the context of publicly funded adult education

• Application of innovative teaching methodologies during synchronous online sessions

• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborative teamwork
