This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Ongoing maintenance of Power BI dashboards;
• Collect requirements from Business Units, implement enhancements, new data loads, and refreshes for all datasets involved;
• Manage and upgrade Data Gateway connections;
• Continuous maintenance of the data pipeline classification using Python;
• Train and deploy machine learning models in a production setting, monitor performance, and make necessary improvements;
• Utilize machine learning to enhance the quality of data or products and implement data tools for data analysis;
• Establish, execute, and oversee security plans, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, risk management, security audits, security operations, and incident response;
• Offer guidance and support to users, track incidents and user requests, create user manuals and online help for Information Systems, and prepare and conduct training on Information Systems.
• A university degree in IT or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in IT;
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R);
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or software frameworks for Big Data processing (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Hadoop);
• Experience with AI platforms, toolkits, and techniques (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, CNTK, Scikit, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG));
• Proven experience in collecting requirements from Business Units;
• Background in establishing connections to new data sources, data cleaning, and testing;
• Experience in creating new AI prompts to enhance classification accuracy;
• Familiarity with documenting changes;
• Excellent command of the English language.
