PowerBI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for internal business stakeholders.

• Convert complex business data into insightful visualizations and actionable intelligence.

• Create and refine semantic models, datasets, and reporting frameworks to enhance business operations.

• Establish KPIs and reporting structures that enable leadership to track business performance.

• Analyze data from various business systems and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms.

• Support advanced analytics projects through efficient data organization and visualization.

• Assist in the implementation and management of Microsoft Fabric components, including data engineering and reporting tasks.

• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance enterprise reporting architecture and data availability.

• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, HR, financial, operational, and other business systems into unified reporting solutions.

• Work alongside department leaders to identify reporting opportunities and enhance business processes through data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Microsoft Power BI certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in developing Power BI solutions within a professional setting.

• Strong proficiency in: Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.

• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases are essential.

• Experience in integrating data from various business applications and data sources.

• Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
