Data Analyst II – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Client Services staff to process data changes as requested.

• Provide data transfers along with client-requested datasets for database transfers.

• Implement data modifications using backend database scripts or validated in-house Data Solution Tools.

• Develop and execute Data Change Guides along with associated risk and impact assessments.

• Design DTS packages for importing data into study databases.

• Write and run SQL queries against the MS SQL Database for data transfers and reporting.

• Execute SAS queries against the MS SQL Database as necessary.

• Engage in study implementation and maintenance discussions with Client Services and Technical Delivery teams.

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for data change management, verification of data transfers, and documentation of risk and impact.

• Create stored procedures to adjust data for data-driven IXR system modifications as necessary.

• Supervise data across various databases.

• Confirm data change requests and client-requested transfer datasets when required.

• Conduct data entry for data change requests as needed.

• Offer technical support during mandatory after-hours on-call periods.

• Contribute to special data-centric projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a data-driven setting.

• Extensive knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficient in standard data mining and data presentation methodologies.

• Capable of managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic work environment with limited direct supervision.

• Superior written communication skills, including the ability to document procedures, processes, and outcomes.

• Strong verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced work atmosphere.

• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Comfortable interacting with both business users and technical teams.

• Proficient in creating and executing SQL queries is essential.

• Familiarity with C# programming language is advantageous.

• Working knowledge of Visual Basic is beneficial.

• Awareness of GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations is a plus.
