This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Engage directly with the deposits product, impacting measurement criteria and rationale.
• Address business inquiries comprehensively by extracting data, analyzing it, and providing insights.
• Generate regular portfolio reports and perform ad-hoc research, segmentation, and unit-economics evaluations.
• Develop reporting and analytical frameworks for deposits volumes, structures, and trends over time.
• Establish the product metric hierarchy, funnels, and retention assessments.
• Oversee liquidity and concentration levels throughout the portfolio.
• Predict depositor churn and determine its influencing factors.
• Convert analytical insights into actionable recommendations for the product team.
• Proficiency in SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and intricate joins.
• Strong foundation in statistical concepts.
• Capability to lead an investigation from inception to conclusion.
• Proficient in English at a B1 level or higher for written communication, documentation, and calls.
• Analytical proficiency that surpasses years of experience.
• Experience with Databricks or Spark SQL (desirable).
• Familiarity with dbt (desirable).
• Python experience (desirable).
• Experience with BI dashboards (desirable).
• Background in fintech or banking (desirable).
