Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to convert data into actionable insights.

• Work in conjunction with a growing analytics team and help develop scalable frameworks.

• Promote a culture centered on data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

• Contribute to the advancement of Seed’s analytics roadmap in line with company priorities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create analyses, reports, and dashboards that guide strategy and execution.

• Assist in maintaining processes for ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in roles related to data and analytics.

• Proven ability to provide high-impact analytics in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

• Strong technical expertise in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and analytics best practices.

• Proficient in experimentation, statistical analysis, and converting data into actionable business insights.

• Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health is a plus; a passion for enhancing science and human health through data is valued.
