Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee reporting systems that monitor physician performance, quality of care, and adherence to clinical standards throughout the platform.

• Create dashboards and visual representations that enable actionable insights for both clinical and non-clinical leadership based on clinical and business metrics.

• Collaborate with client-facing teams to extract clinical insights beneficial for customers and potential clients.

• Work alongside clinical operations and physician enterprise leaders to convert open inquiries into precise, well-defined analyses.

• Write and sustain SQL for the data warehouse to convert raw clinical and operational data into datasets ready for analysis, using AI coding assistants to expedite query development.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance the quality, organization, and reliability of foundational clinical data.

• Address reporting requirements and create scalable, repeatable reporting frameworks.

• Utilize AI tools for sophisticated data cleansing, preliminary pattern detection, and drafting analytical summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis within a professional environment, preferably in healthcare.

• Demonstrated expertise in SQL.

• Background in creating dashboards or reports using BI tools like Tableau or Thoughtspot.

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analyses.

• Skillful in leveraging modern AI assistants for query creation, data cleansing, and workflow automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred; an advanced degree is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Understanding of common healthcare datasets, standards, and metrics such as HEDIS.

• Experience with analytics platforms like Heap, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, including statistical hypothesis testing methods.

• Experience working with Databricks.
