Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Gather, process, and analyze extensive datasets from various sources

• Create and uphold dashboards and reports utilizing data visualization tools

• Perform statistical analyses to unveil trends and patterns within complex datasets

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into analytical solutions

• Develop and execute data quality controls to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of analyses

• Generate and sustain documentation of data procedures and methodologies

• Support the creation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms

• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related discipline

• Proficient in SQL and either Python or R for data manipulation and analysis

• Strong skills in statistical analysis and experience with advanced Excel functions

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Proven experience in cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets

• Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences

• Experience with machine learning algorithms is preferred

• Understanding of industry-specific data trends and metrics is advantageous

• Data analysis certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, IBM Data Analyst) are a plus
