Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate extensive and intricate datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau and other business intelligence tools.

• Design, query, and oversee databases to facilitate analysis and reporting efforts.

• Implement statistical techniques and data modeling to assist in making informed business decisions.

• Maintain data integrity through validation, testing, and troubleshooting processes.

• Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with teams across all departments while adhering to data policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques.

• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods.

• Strong skills in SQL, database programming, data management, and familiarity with data structures and algorithms.

• Exceptional Tableau capabilities, along with experience in BI tools and data frameworks.

• Familiarity with data analytics and modeling tools.

• Basic understanding of health information exchange (HIE) systems, quality assurance testing, and pipeline management.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent skills in presentation and communication.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
