Data & AI Product Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

• Apply lean, agile, and flow-based methodologies to enhance throughput and minimize cycle times.

• Manage planning sessions, agile ceremonies, handoffs from discovery to delivery, sprint schedules, and retrospectives.

• Work in partnership with product teams to develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.

• Ensure accountability among product team members for deliverables while addressing risks, dependencies, and constraints.

• Collaborate with Commercialization and Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI teams to adhere to delivery schedules.

• Align work priorities with product teams based on strategy, outcomes, value, and delivery promises.

• Uphold security, privacy, audit, and data governance standards.

• Lead discovery sessions, cross-functional workshops, and communications with stakeholders.

• Assist in dual-track discovery and the early validation of assumptions.

• Manage logistics for product and feature releases.

• Monitor and report on progress regarding goals, OKRs, and success metrics.

• Deliver outcome-focused reports utilizing delivery metrics and analytics.

• Cultivate a team culture that emphasizes psychological safety and high performance.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in delivery management, program management, agile leadership, or related roles in data/analytics.

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of pertinent education and experience is required.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex data products.

• Familiarity with ADO, Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management and collaboration tools is highly sought after.

• Extensive knowledge of agile, lean, and flow-based delivery practices.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI delivery processes.

• Awareness of the Product Operating Model.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
