This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Lead the institutional strategy for data, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and Artificial Intelligence at Fundación Capital.

• Strengthen analytical capabilities and foster an organizational culture rooted in evidence for decision-making.

• Design and implement measurement frameworks, indicators, methodologies, and monitoring systems to assess results, impact, and learning.

• Create and develop the institutional data and evidence system, integrating information from projects, digital solutions, and other sources.

• Define the functional architecture of the institutional data ecosystem and ensure its evolution, sustainability, and organizational alignment.

• Oversee the creation of dashboards, analytical models, executive reports, and information products.

• Analyze data to identify trends, findings, and opportunities to support decisions, institutional learning, and continuous improvement.

• Identify, design, and implement use cases for Artificial Intelligence.

• Define and implement governance standards, quality, and data management.

• Provide technical coordination for the Data & AI Analyst and support program teams and digital solutions.

• Prepare technical and executive reports for donors, partners, and the Executive Management.

• Present strategic findings to internal teams and partners.

• Stay updated on trends in Data Analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.

• Represent Fundación Capital in technical spaces when required.

• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, collaborative leadership, innovation, and results-oriented approach.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Design of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems.

• Development of indicators, theory of change, results frameworks, and impact measurement.

• Data architecture and integration of multiple sources.

• Business Intelligence experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Data modeling and advanced analytics.

• Application of Artificial Intelligence in organizations.

• Machine Learning and Generative AI (desirable).

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
