Data & AI Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap for Carrier’s integrated Data & AI platform.

• Develop and implement an organizational change program that encompasses business functions, regions, and technology teams.

• Create adoption frameworks and sustainable mechanisms to reinforce change, enhance accountability, and optimize value realization.

• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooks.

• Counsel executive leadership on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness.

• Prepare executive presentations, leadership messaging, steering committee materials, business updates, and communication toolkits.

• Promote executive sponsorship and facilitate leadership forums, steering committees, town halls, and executive roadshows.

• Oversee enterprise stakeholder mapping and cultivate a network of Change Champions.

• Collaborate with business-unit, Digital, Product Owner, platform, governance, and product delivery teams to enhance engagement and tackle adoption barriers.

• Direct adoption strategies for Carrier’s enterprise Data & AI Marketplace.

• Create awareness campaigns that highlight business value and successful use cases.

• Enhance understanding of data products, AI/ML capabilities, AgentOps services, governance standards, and self-service functionalities.

• Establish adoption metrics for marketplace utilization, consumer engagement, product reuse, and business impact.

• Design and implement global communications for platform milestones, migration phases, and adoption initiatives.

• Generate executive-ready content, newsletters, videos, FAQs, leadership briefings, roadshow materials, and cascade communication packages.

• Develop role-specific communication and training plans.

• Collaborate with learning teams on Data & AI literacy, platform awareness, and change readiness programs.

• Define and track KPIs for awareness, engagement, adoption, platform utilization, and business value realization.

• Establish operational cadences and executive dashboards.

• Evaluate organizational readiness and adoption maturity.

• Recommend actions to leadership for accelerating value capture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.

• Over 7 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program Leadership.

• Experience in supporting cloud, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of Data & AI platforms, data governance, MLOps, AgentOps, or enterprise data products.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI transformation programs, or enterprise modernization initiatives.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale enterprise technology transformations.

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in collaborating with senior executives and C-suite leaders.

• Demonstrated ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.

• Experience in developing enterprise communication strategies and organizational engagement programs.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
