AI Quality Evaluator, German – 12-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Label, annotate, and assess photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in the German language.

• Evaluate AI-generated content against Canva’s quality standards for German users.

• Develop and contribute to German-specific datasets that support the internationalisation of Canva AI.

• Deliver labelled assets punctually and achieve output targets across various task types and labelling guidelines.

• Review and enhance labels based on feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with in-house Data Labelling teams located in the Philippines and the EU.

• Assist Canva’s Localisation team in providing in-language AI evaluations, creating datasets, and ensuring quality assurance.

• Must be a native German speaker.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Capable of assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance in German.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a high quality standard.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple concurrent projects.

• Flexibility and eagerness to learn and consistently implement new guidelines.

• Genuine interest in AI and passion for creating language experiences for German users.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
