
Dashboard Developer – Medicare/Medicaid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards utilizing Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable platforms.
• Work in partnership with data analysts, data scientists, and managers to gather requirements and transform needs into visual representations.
• Transform raw data into dashboards that facilitate effective decision-making.
• Maintain and refresh existing dashboards to ensure relevance.
• Provide training to end users on how to effectively navigate and utilize dashboards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on visualizations to ensure data accuracy.
• Showcase monthly visualizations during large group meetings.
• Assist the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by identifying fraud, waste, and abuse within Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science, along with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid programs.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar dashboard development platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of data modeling principles.
• Experience handling large datasets.
• Ability to create data visualizations that convey complex analyses and illustrate trends effectively.
• Knowledge of best practices in dashboard design, including accessibility and usability standards.
• Familiarity with R or Python programming languages.
• Understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
• Capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must have resided in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.
• No requirement for US citizenship.
