📋 Description

• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with rigorous community standards and legal requirements.

• Utilize cultural and linguistic expertise related to the Danish market to discern subtleties in social media engagements.

• Assess reported content, images, and videos promptly and accurately.

• Investigate intricate policy violation cases and escalate concerns to senior moderation teams as required.

• Keep abreast of evolving social media policies, current events, and emerging digital trends.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to enhance moderation processes and improve user experience metrics.

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations while managing sensitive content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Possession of a valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit is required.

• Strong command of English is necessary.

• Prior experience in social media, customer support, or content moderation is a considerable advantage.

• High level of digital literacy with a keen interest in social media platforms.

• Capability to maintain concentration and emotional resilience while reviewing various types of online content.
