📋 Description

• Assess and moderate user-generated content to guarantee adherence to social media safety standards.

• Investigate allegations of prohibited content, such as harassment, hate speech, and misinformation.

• Uphold a high level of quality and accuracy while achieving daily performance targets.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to enhance safety policies and reporting protocols within the social media sector.

• Offer insights on trends to enhance user experience and bolster platform security.

• Remain informed on local and global social media safety trends to effectively mitigate platform risks.

• Conduct intricate content reviews with a strong understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances in Danish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• A valid EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit is required.

• Strong command of English for effective inter-departmental communication.

• Enthusiasm for social media trends and a dedication to upholding digital safety standards.

• Capacity to manage sensitive content with resilience and professional maturity.

• Previous experience in content moderation or customer support in the social media industry is a plus.
