DACH Market Launch, Business Development – Praktikum/Werkstudent*in (Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Direct Market Penetration (The Core Task): A successful launch demands visibility. You will be at the forefront, dedicating 70% of your time to phone outreach, engaging potential clients, showcasing our value, and securing meetings.

• Feedback Loop: By engaging with customers daily, you will provide vital market insights back to our product team.

• Campaign Execution: You will convey our marketing messages directly to key decision-makers throughout the DACH region.

• Your Challenge: Be the Voice of the Brand: You will conduct a high-volume outreach campaign, primarily reaching out to prospective clients via phone to generate enthusiasm and arrange demos.

• Drive the Go-To-Market Strategy: You will connect the dots between marketing and sales. You’ll follow up on marketing leads with personal engagement to turn interest into action.

• Relationship Building: You will cultivate relationships with early adopters, managing the pipeline from the initial "Hello" on the phone to the final handshake (whether virtual or in-person).

• Event & Digital Support: You will help organize webinars, local events, and online campaigns to enhance your outreach efforts.
