This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the IT Sales & Commercial sector.
• Evaluate, research, strategize, and design within the Sales & Commercial domain to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled, coordinating with the wider group of Solutions Architects for a unified systems design approach.
• Collaborate closely with business counterparts to offer architectural and application expertise throughout the entire range of Sales & Commercial systems implementation.
• Manage design standards for the domain to ensure the reuse of standard system setups and processes, assess modification requests while working alongside Solutions Analysts and business leaders to approve, alter, or decline changes.
• Engage with external partners to optimize the technical landscape and remain informed about external changes and developments necessary for maintaining a robust environment.
• Ensure the establishment and adherence of design processes, proper documentation of design, and the development of test plans.
• Support users in testing and adopting process improvements in collaboration with Business Partners and Solutions Analysts.
• Provide assistance with corrective measures when D365 system-related issues escalate to “Tier 3” status.
• Compile relevant documentation to facilitate process changes.
• Create training materials or standard operating procedures when required.
• Offer project support as necessary for new implementations and rollouts.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Provide assistance to the systems architecture team as needed, particularly regarding the installation of significant upgrades from software solution vendors.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with D365.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
• At least 6 years of direct experience in leading the architecture, configuration, and development for the Sales & Commercial domain of D365 Finance & Operations within a multinational organization.
• Strong experience in areas such as New equipment, Aftermarket, and Service Parts sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Engineer and Configure to order sales processes is necessary.
• Experience with project-based manufacturing and work breakdown structures.
• Proficiency in capable-to-promise (CTP) and available-to-promise (ATP) logistics planning, including Factory Acceptance Testing, teardown, and installations.
• Experience with customer invoicing, particularly managing a progress billing cycle.
• Must possess direct experience with the complete ERP implementation cycle, from initial needs analysis through to rollout and stabilization.
• Direct experience in leveraging and integrating enterprise-level systems, including ERP, Business Intelligence, and Consolidation Systems, is required.
• Experience in systems governance for the domain and the capability to collaborate with others to establish development processes and controls.
• Experience in utilizing SAAS-based systems to deliver value.
• Familiarity with D365 ISV or equivalent tools such as Bluestar Product Life Cycle Management, Axtension Project Control, and SK Global is preferred, though not mandatory. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing is also preferred but not required.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office365 applications, including Power BI.
• Moderate domestic and occasional international travel is required as part of this role.
• Must be available and willing to work more than 40 hours per week, including both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
