D365 CE Technical Consultant – 6-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver techno-functional expertise related to the D365 CE modules.

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 CE, with an emphasis on Case Management.

• Collaborate with Business Teams to identify opportunities and create user stories.

• Create functional designs, test plans, and testing scripts.

• Foster innovation by customizing and configuring the system.

• Provide guidance to customers on best practices for D365 CE and Power Platform processes.

• Implement product best practices in accordance with Microsoft Dynamics standards.

• Assist teams with regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training.

• Address tickets and issues submitted by Business Teams.

• Aid in data migration for ETL activities.

• Showcase the functionalities of D365 CE modules.
