D365 Business Central Function Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Independently conduct customer calls and oversee customer-facing interactions.

• Provide expertise in Business Central to clients, emphasizing reporting and analytics while elucidating Business Central data from a functional viewpoint.

• Facilitate user training sessions and perform product demonstrations to assist customers in comprehending reporting capabilities and outputs.

• Assist with Power BI installations and implementations, which includes gathering reporting requirements, translating customer inquiries into organized requirements, and confirming reports with clients.

• Participate in marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with the broader team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated functional knowledge in Business Central / Dynamics NAV, particularly with a focus on Finance or Operations/Supply Chain.

• Capacity to independently lead customer-facing calls and engagements.

• Proficient, professional-level English communication abilities, characterized by strong structure and confidence.

• Experience with Power BI or a keen interest in data analytics with a willingness to learn Power BI.
