This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Create and evaluate various advertorial concepts from different perspectives.
β’ Develop organized, hypothesis-driven A/B testing plans.
β’ Establish clear testing priorities, define success metrics, and set learning objectives.
β’ Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and determine subsequent actions based on data insights.
β’ Outline complete customer journeys and pinpoint areas of drop-off.
β’ Work collaboratively with media buyers and creative teams.
β’ Facilitate structured brainstorming sessions for generating new angles and ideas.
β’ Effectively communicate insights and strategies during client-facing meetings.
β’ 1β3+ years of experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing.
β’ Practical experience with Google Ads (Search & funnel-driven campaigns).
β’ Strong background in writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic.
β’ Native-level proficiency in German (essential for copywriting).
β’ Data-driven approach: you utilize metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to inform decisions.
β’ Experience with A/B testing and structured experimentation methodologies.
β’ Proficient in using AI tools as part of your workflow.
