This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Create and evaluate various advertorial concepts from multiple perspectives.
• Develop organized, hypothesis-based A/B testing plans.
• Establish clear testing priorities, success criteria, and learning objectives.
• Assess performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and determine subsequent actions based on data analysis.
• Map comprehensive customer journeys and pinpoint areas of drop-off.
• Work in close collaboration with media buyers and creative teams.
• Facilitate structured brainstorming sessions to generate new angles and concepts.
• Communicate insights and strategies effectively during client-facing discussions.
• 1–3+ years of experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads (including Search & funnel-driven campaigns).
• Extensive experience in writing and testing advertorials aimed at paid traffic.
• Native-level proficiency in German (essential for copywriting).
• A data-driven approach: leveraging metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and systematic experimentation methodologies.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow.
