This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and evaluate various advertorial concepts from multiple perspectives
• Develop organized, hypothesis-based A/B testing strategies
• Establish distinct testing priorities, success metrics, and learning objectives
• Assess performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and determine subsequent actions based on data analysis
• Outline complete customer journeys and pinpoint areas of drop-off
• Work in close collaboration with media buyers and creative teams
• Facilitate organized brainstorming sessions for innovative angles and concepts
• Convey insights and strategies effectively during client-facing meetings
• 1–3+ years of experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing
• Practical experience with Google Ads (Search & funnel-driven campaigns)
• Extensive experience in writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic
• Native-level proficiency in German (required for copywriting)
• Data-driven approach: you utilize metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS to inform decisions
• Familiarity with A/B testing and structured experimentation
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of your workflow
