This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and evaluate various advertorial concepts from different perspectives.
• Create organized, hypothesis-driven A/B testing plans.
• Establish clear testing priorities, success metrics, and learning objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and determine subsequent actions based on data.
• Map out complete customer journeys and identify points of attrition.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and creative teams.
• Facilitate structured brainstorming sessions for new angles and ideas.
• Clearly present insights and strategies in client-facing discussions.
• 1–3+ years of experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing.
• Practical experience with Google Ads (search and funnel-driven campaigns).
• Strong background in writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic.
• Native-level proficiency in German (essential for copywriting).
• Data-driven mindset: you utilize metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to inform decisions.
• Experience in A/B testing and structured experimentation.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow.
