This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients.
• Utilize warm leads sourced from the client database.
• Clearly and professionally present products and solutions.
• Assist throughout the sales cycle, including closing deals when necessary.
• Keep accurate records within CRM systems.
• Handle follow-ups and ensure ongoing communication with clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet performance goals.
• Language Proficiency in Czech: C2 (Professional proficiency is mandatory).
• Slovak: proficient working knowledge.
• English: proficient working knowledge.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center settings.
• Demonstrated success in closing sales (beyond just lead generation).
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and sales objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured workflows.
• Freelance cooperation agreement.
