Cybersecurity Analyst, Network Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage requests, incidents, tasks, and issues associated with network security.

• Gather information from clients and the monitoring team.

• Generate reports and written evaluations.

• Evaluate reports produced by fellow analysts, ensuring clear and professional communication.

• Maintain SLA compliance by processing, documenting, and resolving requests.

• Assist other teams in the implementation of new functionalities.

• Suggest enhancements to processes and practices.

• Conduct routine security and asset health assessments.

• Develop and keep an updated knowledge base.

• Document completed activities thoroughly.

• Analyze and manage security incidents, identifying the most effective resolution strategies.

• Relay findings and recommendations to clients and the team.

• Contribute to enhancements in security and technical support workflows alongside the Security and Infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in network security, encompassing operations, maintenance, and support.

• Familiarity with Firewalls, NAC, Wireless, Switching, IPS, and WAF (Web Application Firewall).

• Advanced technical skills to analyze, support, and resolve network security challenges.

• Understanding of how to prepare security reports.

• Knowledge in documenting procedures (playbooks).

• Experience in creating security checklists.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Resilient under pressure.

• Proficient in English for effective verbal and written communication with international partners and clients.
