Cyber Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Analyze, debug, and address software bugs and vulnerabilities across various codebases.

• Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities utilizing Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.

• Refactor outdated code to boost maintainability, security, and performance.

• Conduct codebase audits, penetration testing, and other security evaluations to identify and mitigate risks.

• Contribute to backend development and enhance application performance for scalability and security.

• Document findings, propose improvements, and provide practical insights to enhance AI training datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.

• Demonstrated experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and backend development for complex systems.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices, including penetration testing, security audits, and vulnerability assessments.

• Strong skills in algorithms, codebase refactoring, and optimizing software for performance and security.

• Capability to communicate complex technical findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Familiarity with secure software development lifecycles and contemporary threat landscapes.

• Experience in AI-related or data-driven projects is advantageous, though not mandatory.
