📋 Description

• Act as a reliable consultant on cybersecurity matters and trends, providing expert consulting services based on industry standards and best practices.

• Create, implement, and sustain security solutions that safeguard the organization's information assets and infrastructure.

• Address and resolve intricate security incidents, including documentation and escalation support.

• Monitor systems for irregularities and disruptions, taking steps to mitigate risks.

• Perform research on security vulnerabilities and provide insights on emerging threats.

• Guide, mentor, and offer constructive feedback to fellow security team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an IT Security Administrator in private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of security principles and networking concepts.

• Practical experience with security tools, vulnerability assessments, anti-malware solutions, file integrity monitoring, and data loss prevention measures.

• Possession of an active CISSP, GIAC, CompTIA Security+, or another equivalent security certification.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience with automation tools and scripting to enhance security workflows and processes.

• Familiarity with Unix and Microsoft operating systems and their related products.

• Proven experience in developing and designing security policies, including account management, password/key management, and threat assessment frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and recommend new or replacement security technologies.

• Experience in establishing and maintaining recovery procedures to ensure the effectiveness of security controls.
