This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the enhancement and support of HR processes and systems for all employees.
• Manage functional security for global HR applications.
• Handle system access requests, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to system and security access.
• Perform quarterly security audits and user access reviews in compliance with data-security policies, procedures, and SOX requirements.
• Collect and document requirements for new security access requests.
• Collaborate with IT security to create and test new security roles.
• Assist in modifying and enhancing security roles from impact assessment to implementation.
• Develop and maintain security audit reports and queries.
• Provide functional security support for ongoing HR processes, including Performance Management, Compensation, COI, and Executive Reorganizations.
• Oversee security-related configurations and end-user authorizations.
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for new or improved applications.
• Champion application releases and prioritize features to enhance the HR user experience.
• Act as the primary HR and IT contact for application-related issues.
• Convert business requirements into functional design documents.
• Train and support end users on new application features.
• Create and maintain end-user guidelines and documentation.
• Engage in system implementation projects through all phases, including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Propose and support process improvements and program modifications.
• Assist with HR projects and large-scale deployments.
• Manage security workstream activities throughout projects.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Over 2 years of experience related to HRIS.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Willingness to commute weekly, typically one day per week, and occasionally more frequently, to either the New York, NY or Universal City, CA office.
• Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and individuals from various backgrounds in a consultative manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in preparing complex reports and analytics for senior leaders and auditors.
• Outstanding analytical, critical evaluation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound decision-making skills and professional judgment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability in executing work duties.
• Capability to explain systems and processes to business partners.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple competing assignments while meeting target deadlines.
• Ability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
• Flexibility to provide on-call support for critical implementations and go-live events, including potential evening or weekend coverage as needed.
