This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead significant technical engagements with CISOs, SOC leaders, and security architects.
• Oversee the entire POC lifecycle — from initial setup to showcasing clear business value.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, assisting customers in understanding how PTBOX's product and service offerings integrate into their security strategies and workflows.
• Facilitate successful onboarding and evaluation processes in real customer environments.
• Work closely with partners and consultancies to broaden technical opportunities.
• Influence the direction of both products and services by translating real-world customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and R&D teams.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering / technical pre-sales within the cybersecurity domain.
• Demonstrated experience leading POCs and technical evaluations with enterprise clients.
• Strong grasp of offensive security, attack paths, exposure management, or security operations.
• Exceptional communication skills — capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for various audiences.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
• Experience with BAS, attack simulation, exposure management, SIEM, EDR/XDR, or cloud security is a plus.
• Background in collaborating with cyber consultancies or channel partners is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-driven security products, with the ability to articulate AI capabilities in practical, business-oriented terms is beneficial.
