This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for the proactive oversight, retention, and expansion of a designated portfolio of dealership partners.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for dealer leadership and end users following the launch.
• Promotes adoption, utilization, and accountability across AutoAlert platforms.
• Engages with dealers in a consultative manner, coordinating training, reviewing ROI, and managing relationships both in-store and virtually.
• Ensures dealerships adhere to agreed-upon action items, utilization targets, and training completion standards.
• Discovers organic referral and growth opportunities within the existing account base.
• Travels as needed to uphold dealership connections and address strategic account requirements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive, account management, customer success, dealership operations, or a related client-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in an automotive dealership setting is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in account management, customer retention, training, or managing dealership relationships is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management processes, and dealership process enhancement is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time based on territory and business requirements.
