This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and senior team members to assist in sales opportunities and strategic customer interactions.
• Convert discovery insights into organized analyses, encompassing pricing models, cost structures, ROI, and outcome-driven business cases.
• Collect and integrate data from cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to inform solution design and pricing strategies.
• Create and sustain detailed financial models in Excel or Google Sheets to support intricate deal structures.
• Formulate clear, data-driven narratives and recommendations to back solution strategy decisions.
• Aid in the development of customer-facing materials, such as proposals and executive presentations.
• Influence service design decisions by analyzing operational inputs (e.g., volumes, handle times, staffing assumptions).
• Spot opportunities to enhance tools, templates, and processes that foster scalable and efficient pricing and analysis.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite analysis, elevate output quality, and promote innovation in the Solutions team's operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (EFSET C2 required).
• Over 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or a comparable analytical role.
• Familiarity with or interest in service design, process enhancement, or operational strategy.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications (Excel or Google Sheets), including complex formulas, data modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and independently pursue solutions.
• Proficiency in translating data into clear insights, recommendations, and business narratives.
• Strong writing abilities; comfortable working in a highly asynchronous, Slack-driven environment.
• Experience in crafting presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint) for both internal and external stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership over outputs and deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and navigate multiple data sources and stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, copilots, automation tools) in daily tasks.
• Curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI to enhance workflows and outputs.
• Interest in contributing to the evolution of Crescendo's AI-first approach to customer experience solutions and pricing.
