CX Solution Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical discovery and design of intricate, large-scale CCaaS solutions

• Design and showcase solutions that incorporate embedded and third-party AI/ML services

• Develop, tailor, and present engaging product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts

• Serve as the trusted technical consultant for the sales team and customer executives

• Keep an expert-level understanding of the CCaaS competitive landscape

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture roles

• 5+ years of experience in CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center environments

• Extensive hands-on experience in designing and presenting modern cloud contact center reference architectures

• Demonstrated ability to communicate the value of AI in customer experience

• Proficiency in mapping and designing comprehensive customer journeys

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CPaaS concepts

• Practical experience in building and showcasing complex workflows

• Excellent communication, presentation, and whiteboarding abilities

• Proficiency in local languages and English is essential
