CX Presales Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing and upcoming applications, tools, and technologies.

• Oversee the design and implementation of project solutions, managing key milestones.

• Collaborate with the sales team to successfully complete sales cycles.

• Facilitate design meetings with clients to ascertain their business process requirements and technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• More than 10 years of experience in Oracle Presales, Solution Architect, or technical sales positions focused on enterprise CX SaaS applications.

• Proficiency in CPQ and Subscription Management within Commerce applications.

• Proven capability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in support of sales initiatives.

• Significant experience collaborating directly with large-scale enterprise clients.
