This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Take full responsibility for designated accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and champion for customers.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction while safeguarding the interests of both the client and Avaya.
• Capitalize on opportunities by steering the customer planning process.
• Lead virtual account teams to devise strategies that promote balanced growth, enhance account penetration, and boost customer satisfaction.
• Create precise forecasts based on both short-term and long-term growth strategies.
• Foster long-term strategic partnerships at the executive level.
• Act as the primary client liaison for all customers.
• Execute strategic account planning for both short and long-term goals to improve the quality of the sales pipeline, accelerate revenue generation, and enhance the customer buying experience.
• Consistently meet or surpass annual sales objectives, driving revenue growth and ensuring business success.
• Over 5 years of executive-level enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding customer accounts with a history of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to establish and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, up to and including C-level executives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions according to client needs.
• Proven capacity to lead virtual teams and work collaboratively.
