This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full responsibility for designated accounts, serving as the trusted advisor and champion for clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels while safeguarding the interests of both clients and Avaya.
• Maximize potential by spearheading the customer planning process.
• Lead virtual account teams to create strategies that foster balanced growth, ongoing account penetration, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate precise forecasts informed by both short and long-term growth objectives.
• Cultivate long-lasting strategic partnerships at the executive level.
• Ensure that key executives recognize how Avaya solutions align with their business needs.
• Act as the primary client liaison for all customers.
• Introduce specialists and/or partners as needed for strategic sales initiatives.
• Execute both short and long-term strategic account planning to improve sales pipeline quality, accelerate revenue generation, and enhance the customer buying experience.
• Consistently achieve or surpass annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and ensuring business success.
• Over 5 years of enterprise-level UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience at an executive level.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding customer accounts with a history of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to identify and foster trusted advisor relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Proven capability to lead virtual teams and work collaboratively.
• A strategic thinker with strong planning and forecasting skills.
• Required languages: local languages and fluent English.
