CX Associate, German – Voice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries.

• Resolve order-related issues and product questions through the customer interface platform, Facebook, and email.

• Monitor shipments and manage backend shipping inquiries.

• Perform general research tasks.

• Update client addresses and information.

• Deliver exceptional customer support with close direction from the CX Lead.

• Act as a liaison between customers and the clinical team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate key conversational points clearly.

• Availability to work on weekends or have split shifts.

• Must be legally residing and working in Portugal.

• Role involves handling EU data, and work cannot be conducted outside the EU.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Able to remain composed in uncertain and rapidly evolving situations.

• Resourceful and quick to adapt; capable of self-learning necessary skills from the ground up.
