CX Associate – German (Voice)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries

• Resolve order issues and product questions through the customer interface platform, Facebook, and email

• Monitor shipments and address backend shipping concerns

• Perform general research tasks

• Update client details and addresses

• Deliver exceptional customer support with close oversight from the CX Lead

• Act as a liaison between customers and the clinical team

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate key conversational points succinctly

• Availability to work on weekends or have flexible schedules

• Must be legally residing in and working from Portugal

• Work cannot be conducted from outside the EU

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to remain calm in uncertain and rapidly changing environments

• Resourceful and quick to learn; capable of self-teaching necessary skills from the ground up
