CX Associate – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries

• Resolve order issues and product questions through the customer interface platform, Facebook, and email

• Monitor shipments and manage backend shipping inquiries

• Perform general research tasks

• Update client addresses and information

• Deliver exceptional customer support with the close supervision of the CX Lead

• Act as a liaison between customers and the clinical team

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be proficient in both German and English, capable of articulating key conversational points succinctly

• Willingness to work weekends or have split shifts

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Skillful in navigating internal processes and customer interactions seamlessly

• Capable of maintaining composure in uncertain and rapidly changing environments

• Resourceful and quick to adapt

• Self-motivated to learn necessary skills independently
