This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate workshops focused on customer value metrics
• Create strategic customer value roadmaps
• Perform regular scheduled check-ins with customers
• Lead periodic reviews to assess customer value
• Prepare for renewal discussions alongside Account Executives
• Track customer performance metrics
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor
• Coordinate internal Coupa resources as necessary
• Share innovative best practices, product insights, and relevant news from Coupa
• Assist in promoting and driving customer marketing campaigns
• In-depth expertise in P2P or S2C domains
• Strong background in customer/client success or sales management
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven experience in:
• Managing client expectations effectively
• Building and sustaining executive relationships with influencing strategies
• Program management, including oversight of diverse, cross-functional project teams
• Engaging in value-based discussions with business executives
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, including professional writing, verbal communication, and experience presenting to executive teams
• Familiarity with software and SaaS solutions
