This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center
• Deliver responsive and professional service via phone, voicemail, and email
• Collaborate with teams throughout the Customer Care Center
• Address provider and sales-related inquiries
• Handle both inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve service issues, questions, and customer complaints
• Recognize and escalate high-priority matters when necessary
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Support special initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience and bolster sales strategies
• Meet attendance and scheduling requirements
• Complete all mandated training and assessments
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on providing exceptional customer experiences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently while adhering to schedules
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting
