This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt, professional service via telephone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide precise, professional service while fulfilling attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete mandated training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Contribute to special initiatives and enhance processes that elevate customer experience and bolster sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficient verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
