This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center
• Deliver prompt, professional assistance via phone, voicemail, and email
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the Customer Care Center
• Address provider and sales-related inquiries
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients
• Investigate and resolve service issues, inquiries, and customer complaints
• Identify and escalate urgent concerns when necessary
• Keep updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations
• Complete mandatory training and assessments
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards
• Support special initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience and bolster sales strategies
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work efficiently across teams and adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining schedule compliance
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector
• Preferred: Experience assisting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment
