This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt, professional service via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Research and resolve inquiries, service-related issues, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete mandatory training and evaluations.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special projects and contribute to improving processes that enhance the customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is necessary.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
