This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee both incoming and outgoing customer communications, including phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
β’ Investigate and address inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
β’ Recognize and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
β’ Keep abreast of current sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
β’ Document new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
β’ Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
β’ Fulfill mandatory training and assessments.
β’ Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
β’ Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
β’ Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center to enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service is essential.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service role focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
β’ Capability to work effectively across teams and adjust to shifting priorities.
β’ Ability to operate independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
β’ Proficiency in using a computer and telephone concurrently in a customer support setting.
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
β’ Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center in the healthcare sector.
β’ Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
